I have successfully litigated against some of the largest law firms. I have been General Counsel for several companies and 20 manufactured housing communities in Massachusetts. I have appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court, and secured a 9-0 ruling against the Federal Government.
I served in local government as a Middleborough Selectman and Chairman of the Board for two terms, and as Chairman of the Planning Board for five years.
I was a candidate for State Representative. I was a hearing officer for the BBO, and an adjunct Professor of Business Law at Massasoit Community College.

I negotiated a highly technical and complex Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Middleborough and the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe regarding a casino to be located in Middleborough, MA, which involved almost $300M. I advised Palmer MA officials regarding their agreement with the Mohegan’s concerning a casino in that Town. I have a reputation as an ethical and professional practitioner.
